The injured — Francisco Catindoy, Rob Tombukon and Ronalyn Tombukon — were given medical assistance by members of the Philippine Red Cross, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
The BFP said Ronalyn was the last to be rescued.
Ronalyn, who was the last rescued, was under the rubble for close to 5 hours.

“I can’t thank the rescuers enough for their bravery in rescuing my daughter,” Rodora said.
Prior to the incident, the victims narrated that they felt the ground shaking.
The BFP said that the area has been declared a danger zone.
“The local government has already given an advice for them to vacate. For now, they will be temporarily relocated,” F/Supt. Josephus Francis Alburo, city fire marshall, said.
Longos village chief Angelika de la Cruz said the residents had to be evacuated because the building might further crumble.
Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said an investigation will be held.
“We will check the houses and conduct an investigation,” she said.
